A man just walked straight into a tiger enclosure to take some photos and the consequences were tragic. 🐅💔

On October 10, 2026, a man entered the tiger enclosure at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in England.

Witnesses reportedly saw him dancing, posing for a photo with the tiger in the background, and then climbing into the enclosure and some accounts suggest he wanted to get closer to the animal, but authorities have not confirmed his motive.

The tiger, named Altai, an endangered Amur tiger, fatally attacked him. The park later confirmed Altai is unharmed and would not be euthanised.

The tragedy recalls Harambe, the gorilla killed after a child entered his enclosure in 2016. Two tragedies, different outcomes and one vital lesson: never mistake a wild animal’s curiosity for safety.
