Mango Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
– Hung Curd – 250 g
– Condensed Milk – 75 g
– Mango Pulp – 100 g
– Honey – 50 g
– Milk Powder – 20 g
Method
1. Add the hung curd, condensed milk, mango pulp, honey, and milk powder to a mixing bowl.
2. Blend or whisk all the ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
4. Transfer the mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until set.
6. Garnish with fresh mango cubes or mint leaves before serving (optional).
