Restaurant Quality Lamb Kebabs at home #fyp #food #desi #shorts #cooking

Ingredients
500g Lamb mince (20% fat)
1 medium onion
4 chillis
Small bunch coriander
2 bread slices
½ tsp minced ginger
½ tsp minced garlic
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1.5 tsp salt
Oil to fry

Method
1, Grind onion, coriander, chilli and bread until finely chopped
2, Add ground mixture to mince. Ensure your mince has 20% fat, any less and the kebabs will be dry.
3, Add seasoning ingredients; salt, garam masala and coriander powder
4, Mix until fully combined – do not over mix.
5, Make small balls of the mixture and flatten with your palm. I made 14 kebabs from this moisture
6, Fry for 3-4 mins each side until cooked.
