The footage, shown during a Senate hearing, reportedly captured Dela Rosa running through corridors and stumbling on stairs before reaching his office, where he was later placed under Senate protective custody following a brief stand-off with authorities. ICC prosecutors have identified Dela Rosa, Duterte’s former police chief and chief enforcer of the anti-drug campaign, as a co-conspirator in the case. He has repeatedly denied involvement in unlawful killings.
