Rava Bhakri Is a Hidden Desi Gem ❤️

Lightly crisp outside, soft inside, and full of flavour, this traditional Maharashtrian breakfast is a must-try.

Ingredients:
– 3 cups rava (lightly roasted)
– ½ cup fresh grated coconut
– 1 inch ginger (grated)
– 3 green chillies (finely chopped)
– 2 tbsp coriander (chopped)
– 4 tsp sugar
– Salt to taste
– Water (for dough)
– Coconut oil (for cooking)

Method:
1. Mix rava, coconut, ginger, green chillies, coriander, sugar, and salt.
2. Add water, knead lightly, and rest the dough for 15 mins.
3. Wet your palm, shape into bhakri, and pat gently.
4. Cook covered on medium flame for 3–4 mins.
5. Flip, drizzle coconut oil, cook till golden and slightly crisp.

Serve hot with chutney, pickle, or a cup of chai ☕
