🍪 Bookstore Cookies
Ingredients:
• 90g flour
• 10g oats
• 70g coconut sugar
• 20g brown sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1–2 tbsp cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you’d like them)
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg
• Pinch of cardamom
Add to the same bowl:
• 1½ tbsp coconut oil (or melted butter)
• 2½ tbsp milk
• Dash of vanilla extract (measure with your heart)
• 50g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add coconut oil, milk, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
Stir until combined.
Form into 5 cookies and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes.
Enjoy with your preferred book, a nostalgic film, and preferably a furry familiar nearby
